As a Nurse Practitioner, René takes a holistic approach to care, recognising the connection between physical health, mental wellbeing and confidence. Rather than focusing on one concern in isolation, she looks at the bigger picture and works together with her patients to explore options that are suited to their individual needs and stage of life.

Her areas of interest include general health care, women’s health, reproductive and sexual health, weight management, skin rejuvenation and cosmetic consultations. Across each of these areas, René’s focus remains the same: providing thoughtful, evidence-based care in an environment where people feel comfortable, listened to and genuinely cared for.

René believes good healthcare should be a partnership. She values open conversations, informed choices and giving people the time and information they need to feel confident in decisions about their health and wellbeing.
